Our youth wrestling program is both instructional and competitive. The program is built so that a beginner or advanced wrestler can participate, because we match wrestlers based on weight
and ability as well as focusing on the fundamentals of the sport. Competitions and practices will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the rubber gym (THE DEN) from 5:30 to 6:30.
T-shirt and shorts are provided. Additional uniforms and singlets can be purchased through the high school takedown club as well. Wrestling shoes are not mandatory but HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
