Programs
Uniforms are provided. The league is instructional and is limited to 6-8 players per team with 5 on the court per team at a time. Everyone plays at least half of the game. Games are full court, 6 min running clock, 4 quarters with 1 assigned referee per game. Scores and standings are not kept. Teams are coached by volunteers. Games and practices are on weeknights and Saturdays. The goal height is 8 1/2 ft
